SHIPPING COSTS
Canada: Free standard trackable shipping for orders 125.00 CAD and over. 10.00  flat fee for orders under 125 CAD 
*some restrictions may apply for remote areas 
United States: Free standard trackable shipping for orders
200 CAD and over. 15 CAD flat rate for orders under 200 CAD.
*applies to the contiguous US only


International: 
We do ship internationally and the shipping cost is based on size, weight, and destination. Please contact us at hello@gronandwhite.com for shipping quotes. 

**Important to note: The shipping quotes presented at checkout are not usually accurate. They are not based only on weight and not dimensions. We will advise you if the actual shipping costs are very different. 

*We reserve the right to refuse an order. 

* We recycle boxes and packaging when possible 

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship through Canada Post, UPS, DHL or FedEx.  Unless otherwise arranged shipping is standard delivery. You will be issued a tracking number at the time of shipment. 

Packages are shipped without signature required option. If you would like the 'signature required option' please contact us when you make your purchase. Grøn + White is not responsible for packages lost or stole. Please follow the tracking number to follow its delivery course. 

 

LEAD TIMES
All shipments are subject to availability. In stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. 

Delivery times do not include Weekends or Holidays. In stock items should generally arrive within 10 business days. This is an estimate only. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can keep track of your item’s journey.

Some Ferm Living products are shipped from the distributor who are extremely reliable. They  have a lead time of about 2-3 business days for in-stock items. 

Please refer to the product page under shipping for information about from where the product is dispatched. 

Although we stock most of our product we do not stock all items. Some items will be shipped directly to you by the distributor and some special orders are dependent on the manufacturer's lead-time which can vary with different manufacturers. We will keep you informed of any lead time longer than a 5 days. 

We may have to ship items separately depending on availability and place of dispatch.

Please take care to provide a proper and complete delivery address as extra expenses due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please take care to carefully read product descriptions including the sizes.

Grøn + White is not liable for damage, loss or expense related to delay in shipment.

EXCHANGE RATES 
All transactions are in Canadian dollars. Although you can toggle to your currency of choice, the actual exchange rate is determined by your credit card provider or you bank. 

 

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are indicated on the product page and the lead times vary. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been placed it will be put into production and it is non-refundable. 

 
CUSTOMS + DUTIES
For our U.S. customers please note that some items may be subject to duties and taxes at time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

For orders placed in Canada, customers will be subject to sales taxes at checkout. Orders that are shipped from the U.S or abroad are subject to any customs and duties. The shipping origin is stated under the product description of each item. 

 

                  

          RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

 

A full refund or exchange is available for regular priced, in-stock  items that have shipped from Toronto.  Special orders, products dropped shipped from the U.S. are considered special orders and are non-refundable. 

Defective items will be exchanged at no expense to the customer. 

Please contact us at hello@gronandwhtie.com within 10 days of receipt before you ship your order. 

The items must be undamaged in in the original packaging
The delivery cost is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Please use a trackable method of shipping as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

 

DAMAGED + LOST ITEMS 
We try to package our products with care but If your order arrives damaged please email us within 5 days of receipt with details and photos so we can submit a claim with the postal office. Grøn + White is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
