HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Oh, that's the fun part! We find our products in many ways. We take frequent trips back to Denmark to visit friends and family, but also to source-out products from the most amazing array of talented designers. We are also addicted to the many Scandinavian magazines and Nordic bloggers which keep us well informed of all that is happening in the Nordic design scene. We try to edit our curation to a few well-chosen items based on quality, beauty, timelessness, and sustainability. It's not easy, but someone has to do it.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER?
Orders placed on in-stock items will normally be dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it's shipped so you can follow your item's journey.

DO YOU STOCK ALL YOUR PRODUCTS?
Most of our products are indeed here on hand. Some items will be ordered from Scandinavia when purchased. Some products will be shipped directly to your door from the very wonderful and reliable teams at Ferm Living or Esailia.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS IN STOCK OR SPECIAL ORDER AND WHERE IT IS SHIPPING FROM?
Check the product page. In the product description under shipping, it will indicate if the item is in-stock or if it is "in-stock and shipping from the U.S." Otherwise, you will see estimated lead times for the special orders.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Tax on purchases is dependent on and subject to, the taxes of the province, state or country to which the item is shipped. For Canadian residents, taxes of your respective provinces will be applied at checkout. We do not charge tax for items shipped to the States or other international countries but customers should know they may be charged taxes by their respective countries.
WILL I GET CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS\DUTIES?
American and other International customers are subject to the possibility of import duties on items shipped from Canada.
Note: Some Ferm Living items are shipped from the U.S.
*Canadians may be subject to duties on items shipped from the U.S. or abroad.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It's pretty darn good. We are quite sure you are going to love your product. But on the off chance that you don't, or things just weren't as imagined, you can return your item for a full refund. Just let us know within 10 days by emailing email@example.com. We cannot actually refund the return shipping fee (that function just does not work with our shop platform) but we can give you in-store credit for the return shipping fees.
*International returns: Sorry but there is an exception for international returns.
We do not offer refunds for any shipping costs.
